Wissenswertes:

Amina Kuby is a clinical psychologist and certified mindfulness trainer with over ten years of experience in the field of psychology and mindfulness. After completing training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, she is now in postgraduate training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. For her, mindfulness is not a spiritual practice, but an attitude toward life – and a practical form of self-care. In this seminar, she aims to teach mindfulness in a way that enables participants to develop their own practice, adapted to the realities of their everyday working lives.

This online seminar is for expats and employees, HR and corporate health management professionals, students, self-employed individuals, and anyone interested. No prior knowledge needed.
